Photography, to me, is so much more than just pretty pictures. It's about serving you in the moments that matter most - the ones where your joy, love, and connection are on full display, the ones full of goofy laughs and all the happy tears. My passion is capturing the in-between, the unposed, the authentic moments that tell your story exactly as it is.
When you look back at your photos, I want you to feel something. I want you to say, "That's us. That's exactly who we are” and “wow I feel like I am reliving my wedding day just by going back through the photos.” I want you to recieve your gallery as the STORY of your day, not just the highlights.

We hired Abbie Joy for our engagement shoot, and honestly, her name couldn't be more fitting, she was an absolute joy to work with! From the start, she was super easy to communicate with and very professional. As our original shoot date approached, the weather took a turn and was going to be freezing. Before I even had the chance to reach out, Abbie messaged me to see if I wanted to reschedule, and I so appreciated that. She made the whole process seamless. On the day of the shoot, she instantly made us feel like we'd known her for years. My fiancé and I aren't usually super comfortable in front of a camera, but she had us relaxed and laughing within minutes. She mentioned that she likes her shoots to feel like a date, and that's exactly how it felt, like we were just running around in a field together, starring in our own rom-com :) She took over 2,000 photos during our hour-long session (yes, seriously!), and just a few days later she sent us a full gallery of around 400 edited photos. I don't know how she turned them around that fast, but I was blown away. Then, to top it all off, we received a handwritten note and some polaroids from the shoot in the mail a few weeks later, such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. I truly can't say enough amazing things about Abbie. She's a master at what she does, and her passion shows in every photo. We're obsessed with our pictures and had so much fun taking them! Abbie will be our go-to photographer forever, we are so grateful to have found her!

Abbie made my fiancé and I feel so at ease during our engagement session.
